Aidan L. Hettler is an accomplished healthcare executive and the founder of Aidan L. Hettler Consulting, LLC, specializing in healthcare strategy, governance, operational transformation, workforce development, and value-based care consulting.

At age 22, he became the youngest individual appointed to lead a rural health system in the United States, overseeing multi-facility operations and driving system-wide growth, digital transformation, and service line expansion.

Aidan holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Transformation (MSHCT) from The University of Texas at Austin and has been a featured speaker at numerous national and regional conferences, including Becker’s Annual Meeting. His thought leadership has also been showcased across multiple healthcare industry podcasts and publications.
