Aidan L. Hettler is an accomplished healthcare executive and the founder of Aidan L. Hettler Consulting, LLC, which specializes in healthcare strategy, operational transformation, workforce development, and value-based care consulting. 

At age 22, he became the youngest individual appointed to lead a rural health system in the United States, where he oversaw multi-facility operations and drove system-wide growth, digital transformation, and service line expansion. 

Aidan holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Transformation (MSHCT) from The University of Texas at Austin and has been a featured speaker at numerous national and regional conferences, including Becker’s Annual Meeting. His thought leadership in healthcare strategy and workforce development has also been showcased across multiple healthcare industry podcasts and publications.
